Introduction
SportCentral in conjunction with the SFA are pleased to offer football clubs from ForthValley the opportunity to take part in the new Club Development Programme.
Venue
Specialist coaches/deliverers will attend your club venue to deliver sessions of your choice.
The Programme
The programme is designed to help develop players and coaches within local clubs. SportCentral football coaches qualified to a minimum of SFA Level 4 or Licence holders will deliver the sessions, alongside the club coach.
Club coaches are invited to choose a theme for the session (see themes). This could be a specific area that the team could improve on, or alternatively a theme where the coach may want additional ideas/content. Session structures will vary depending on the theme chosen. Team shaping can also be incorporated into sessions if coaches decide this is an area they want to work on.
Sessions are open to teams of all age groups playing developmental 4’s, soccer 7’s and 11-a-side football.
