7 a-Side Rule Change

A retreating line will be introduced from this season.  A marker/cone will be placed  20 yards from the goal line on both sides of the pitch.  Each team is responsible for providing markers/cones.

Goalkeepers are not permitted to kick or throw the ball pass the retreating line.  All opposition players must retreat past the line and must not entry the retreating area until after their opponents have control of the ball.

Ian Cathro, Director of Coaching at Box Soccer will deliver content focused on technical development of players aged 7-14 years. Ian will demonstrate the ‘Box’ which is an innovative single set-up structure which delivers everything from individual skill drills to position specific and group practices.

6.30pm to 8.30pm (Registration 6.15pm)

(Alloa Athletic U16’s will be demonstrating the practices)
